Section 1 : Basics - Control Panel & Webmail Login

Q: Where are my Control Panel login details?

Every hosting account can have access to a Control Panel if it is wanted. The issuing of a Control Panel is normally agreed then the hosting is being setup, based on the customers wishes and desired level of involvement. A Control Panel can always be added afterwards. If a Control Panel was issued the login details will be found on the email with the login details for the primary email account, see below.

Q: Where are my Webmail Panel login details?

Every hosting account will receive an email with the login details of the hosting primary account. These details include the login details for Webmail as well as instructions for downloading your email to a local email client (eg. Thunderbird or Outlook). This would be send to a pre-agreed email address that is not part of the hosting, (eg. a gmail account).

Q: How do I access my Control Panel or Webmail?

The Control Panel and Webmail can be accessed via the large link buttons to the right of this page (or below the Support Request Form if viewed on a mobile device).

Section 2 : Email - Setup, Catch-all Account, Spam Assassin, etc...

Q: How do I set up additional email accounts?

Once you have logged into the Control Panel click on 'Email Accounts' which can be found in the 'Email' section. Here you add new accounts, adjust disk quotas and change/reset passwords for each account individually. A password generator can be used to suggest strong passwords, if this is not used make sure the 'Strength' indicator shows 'Strong'.
Alternatively a member of our Support Team can set up additional email accounts or alter existing ones for you.
